User Data Deletion Instructions

This official instructions page describes how users can request the deletion of their personal information and Meta platform data associated with The Saim (https://thesaim.xyz).

Step 1: Delete via Facebook / Meta Account Settings

Log in to your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the left-hand navigation, click on Apps and Websites.
Find The Saim in your list of apps and select Remove.
Check the box to "Send request to The Saim to delete your activity and data".
Click Remove. Meta will notify our server automatically via signed request, and you will receive a Confirmation Code.

Step 2: Delete via WhatsApp Automation

If you connected with The Saim via WhatsApp (e.g. WHATSBot), send a message containing:

DELETE MY DATA

Our automated webhook unlinks your phone number and purges your chat records immediately.

Step 3: Interactive Self-Service Web Portal

You can also submit an automated erasure request directly on our website or check the status of your Meta confirmation code:

Step 4: Contact Data Protection Officer Directly

Email our Privacy Desk at hello@thesaim.xyz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including your registered email or phone number. All verified requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
